I own a six flat with two porches which needed power washing and sealing. Igor me a very reasonable quote and came out to power wash the stairs right away before sealing them. Porch sealant must be applied when the weather is dry for 72 hours. Unfortunately I had the porch sealed in October and it rained almost every other day the next week. I thought we might have to wait until the Spring to apply the seal. Igor offered to power wash the porch again for free if that were the case. I really appreciated that and thought his offer was very generous. Fortunately the weather turned sunny and the porch was sealed. He did a beautiful job. The porch looks great and water just beads off. I would definitely use him again.

Igor and his team did a fantastic job painting a matte black accent wall in my bedroom at my new place. The room looks amazing and the wall is definitely a statement part of the room and gets tons of compliments!
